Pro-Trump Endorsements

Post by sinklair » Mon Nov 02, 2020 9:43 am

In their attempt to gin up support for his fledgling reelection campaign, 25-66 posts the following article on a “major” endorsement for President Trump:

Why does Flint care about a newspaper endorsement from Pittsburgh? We don’t.

How many endorsement stories have we done on Joe Biden? None.

Sounds about right for the In Over Her Head News Director to cowtow to her corporate overlords and ignore all journalistic integrity. But at least she has that Master’s Degree!

25-66 also aired a story about a Flint City Council member who endorsed Trump.

Of course, no mention of the other members and who they are endorsing. Just one lone city council member.

But it gets to the bigger question — who cares who Maurice Davis or the Pittsburgh newspaper endorsed?

Spend the time on explaining the candidates’ positions on issues like housing, education, job creation, etc. Or start covering some of the down ballot races.

This is the first major election in a long time that is completely disorganized. The reason: the In Over Her Head News Director has no clue. She clearly has no idea what’s she’s doing. She was a good Assistant News Director. But it just proves that getting the main seat requires a completely different skill set.
