As soon as I saw RSM it made total sense. That is a horrific organization to do business with. The goodwill and the valuation of the licenses were probably assessed with absolutely no concrete basis or data to support it. I had a client go with RSM I begged him reconsider, after a frustrating year we finally moved to a better firm.
