Nope, that was me typing and not enough coffee in me yet. I meant “Vibe” 😀

Bingo. The Vibe is the "brand" I was alluding to in my earlier post.

Tough to say if any aspect of that RDS readout is legit or not. My guess is the ensuing format will NOT be "jazz, rhythm and blues."

The RDS readout probably serves the same sort of purpose as the "West Michigan's Polka Station" one. Some odd form of stunting. Will be interesting to see if 94.5 brings that stunting over to the audio side of things as well.

107.3 is airing Yuge right now. Might just be an automation issue since the RDS still says Thunder, but it has been airing for nearly 20 minutes now.

Edit: They fixed it around 3:30pm

Per the 107.3 WBBL Twitter account - which I guess has been repurposed as the Twitter account for The Ticket - 106.1 FM in Grand Rapids purportedly will sign on next week.

My guess is 94.5's new format - plus any other format switches within the cluster - will all occur this weekend or early next week.

The old 107.3 WBBL Facebook page - which became Thunder's Facebook page - has been taken down. My guess is a clean Facebook page for Thunder will launch next week.
