When writing a legally-binding document, it IS a factor. If you don't sign it with your legal name, it is not legally binding.

It's only half of one.

Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

Gretchen (Whitmer) Mallory has screwed up Michigan; why would the Democrats want her to screw up the democratic party as well?

She doesn't even use her real name. She is married to a Doctor Mallory, so she is legally Mrs. Gretchen Mallory. If she does not sign documents with 'Mallory', then it is not a legally binding document.
Of all the things to bitch about regarding Gretchen Whitmer, her use of her maiden name is a non-factor.
This is a factor on Whitmer, (Mallory), "I encourage you all to stay home, no travel during Thanksgiving, Xmas, no NYE celebrations, no people outside of your households should you mingle with, no indoor dining, but I will travel to DC for an epic party, I will mingle with strangers, I will dine indoors at a restaurant, I will NOT self quarantine when I return to Michigan, rules are for you peasants, not myself...(Gov Mallory from her husband's boat well)
