Is that endeavor actually moving forward?

If and when that one opens, Little River in Manistee will be hurt the most.

It's still working its way through the bureaucracy. They just recently filed their FEIS for federal approval. If that gets approved, then the proposal goes to the Governor and State Legislature for final approval. After that, they should finally be able to start construction.
