I don’t think that’s remotely possible and “PREPARE TO BE BE IN THE THIRD WORLD” are not remotely similar things.

This is basically cosmetic politics. There's no way the governor can predict what will happen in the next 30 years. Legislatures and administrations will change hands between now and then, and she will be long out of office by the post-date on the check. This might make clean-energy purists feel warm and fuzzy for a while, but it's hardly a guarantee.

I'm not against cleaner forms of energy by any means, but these pie-in-the-sky mandates are just silly.
