Drivers License Renewal

Post by stopnswop2 » Fri Jun 26, 2020 2:04 am

Anyone know what's up with the SOS?
License expirations are set to expire on July 31, but there's no available appointments in our area until August and September.
This is ridiculous

You might be eligible to renew online: https://onlineservices.michigan.gov/Exp ... quirements

The general consensus I see on Facebook (so it must be true) is to print proof you have an appointment, keep it in the car with your current registration and proof of insurance, and just keep driving. The po-po will let you go if they stop you. I had a Wayne cop tell me he's quit stopping expired plates until the SOS gets back to normal.
