Guessing many of you don't have Politico bookmarked but thought this was an interesting read.

Very good read!

Can you blame the residents of the City of Detroit for feeling the way they do? After over 50 years of mostly black Democrat's running Detroit, and eight years of a black Democrat in the White House, had their lives or outlook for the future gotten any better?

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.
