I'm no expert but if you are transitioning from male to female don't you take estrogen rather than testosterone?
But MTG's point is that pumping a developing body with hormones to treat a mental illness issue is probably creating a lot of unintended consequences. Probably better to actually treat the mental illness instead of encouraging it.
