So, when a cop's ignorance causes an accident that kills an unborn child, that cop is charged.

The hypocrisy of dealing with unborn children
Re: The hypocrisy of dealing with unborn children
We're all collections of cells and persons.
We all have about 15 trillion cells. That "collection" is a person.
Re: The hypocrisy of dealing with unborn children
If all people are equal, and it's immoral to kill any of them, where will the democrats go to escape consequences?

It’s always human. There’s no disputing that.km1125 wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 2:00 pmNot every "collection of cells" is a person. Some "collections of cells" are plants, some are animals.
At some point, the "collection of cells" in a womb turns into a person. The debate is if that starts at conception, prior to conception, or after birth.
Going back to the original post, if the local prosecutor in the case is going to charge the trooper with harming that "collection of cells" then they need to be consistent with other cases where harming similar "collections of cells" happens.
It’s not a plant or animal.

Feel free to continue acting like an animal.Rate This wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 3:55 pmIt’s most certainly an animal. Re: The hypocrisy of dealing with unborn children
Yes, those cells are human, but perhaps not a person. I shed cells every day. If you scooped up all the cells I've shed you'd have a "collection of cells" that are certainly human but in no way, shape, or form are a "person".Bidengirl wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 2:50 pmIt’s always human.
