If I had to guess based on the numbers alone, I would say the WNIC numbers were the result of stale programming at 955 and 92.3, but WNIC seems to be where people go when they are comfortable with what is stale at 955 and 92.3, so it could be the exact opposite: 955 and 92.3 are dumping their veteran young guys and girls off on 100.3.
