Does anyone know why WDIV is so in love with Jason Carr? I follow Local 4 on Twitter and the promos for Carr and his "articles" seems to be increasing.

I skimmed one of Carr's opinion piece articles today and it came off as a) an incomplete article (opinion piece) and b) so super smug.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I find Carr really annoying.

Not sure, but according to a recent article where he was asked about his 'greatest professional accomplishment" (or something like that), he responded "I helped lead two different talk shows on two different stations to No.1 in the all-important female demographic inside of three years." (The part I bolded... is that what WDIV is valuing?) That article is in SEEN magazine.

Since we're talking about Jason, I thought it was very interesting that - totally unsolicited - I was told their cover photo was a very obvious sign of body language. She can't get far enough away from him, and if the wall wasn't there she'd be farther.
Not sure if that's true at all, especially if you read their article, but it was an interesting observation.

Evaluating body language isn’t a crime. In fact it’s 85% or so of communication. That photo we are commenting on communicates something negative intentionally or not. The second photo is a much happier one just based on their expressions.
