WOMC audio processing change

Post by MWmetalhead » Mon Jan 10, 2022 7:03 am

Anyone else notice?

The audio sounds softer and more natural now as opposed to the harshly loud, compressed sound the station has featured for years.

Personally, I like the change and hope it isn't temporary!

By the way, 95.5 still sounds like crud as does 96.3. The latter's issues seem to be due to equipment failure. The former's issues seem to be due to corporate tinkering.

Paul Woods reminds me a bit of the Swedish Chef from the Muppets when he speaks!
