Fox 2 Saturn rally
Re: Fox 2 Saturn rally
Hey. Let's get some credit to Fox2 for covering something interesting. I'd rather see a fake rally with Metro Detroiters, instead of yet ANOTHER W.G.A.F. national story off the satellite.

Re: Fox 2 Saturn rally
Saturn was making some nice looking cars (for the time) during the final couple years of its existence. I understand some of the stuff under the hood wasn't so great, though.
Paul Woods reminds me a bit of the Swedish Chef from the Muppets when he speaks!

My wife had a friend who turned out to be a lesbian that owned a Saturn. It was the Ion. Cool car.
Re: Fox 2 Saturn rally
We had a couple SL2's over the years. Put 100K on one from brand new and the car was flawless. When we turned it in for a new car at 99,980, it looked and ran as nice as the brand new cars in the lot. The second SL2 was decades later and just a commuter car for a kid. Still ran up the odo on that to 175k. That one needed oil and water on a regular basis and a few repairs but it was a pretty reliable car for the duration. Great on gas, easy to drive, easy to park anywhere. Great commuter cars, but really on the small side for most family uses and no place in today's auto market, although they could have made an electric or hybrid version of one instead of the VOLT and saved a ton of money on development.
