In posts on her Facebook and LinkedIn pages, Anne has announced that as of this morning (1/4/21), she will be the new host of the 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. shift weekdays on WLLZ-FM 106.7.

Still cannot believe a low rent, unpolished hack such as Jade replaced Anne on WRIF. Jade sounds no better than half the folks on college radio and is arguably the least talented DJ to ever grace Detroit's airwaves in middays. I cringe whenever she speaks. She needs serious coaching.

Getting back to 106.7, I've noticed a lower percentage of slots are allocated to songs after 1992 and I'm hearing more 70s.

The 90s and early 00s category used to comprise 40 percent of the playlist if not 45 percent. Now it's about 25 percent.

Sure would love to know why this station plays a piece of shit throwaway band such as Trapt yet seldom plays Foo Fighters.

WLLZ, it still seems strange referring to 106.7fm as that, anyway this is quite a good move. However, I'm trying to figure out exactly what the disconnect is with gaining new listeners. Meaning, it seems they have put a decent effort into this station, but they seem to trail WCSX and WRIF by such wide margins. Although, it seems as if Classic rock is the charm the 3rd time around.
