More than a week ago, something in 97.1's audio chain took a shit, and ever since, the audio has had the quality of a low bitrate, unencoded mp3 file.
Are Entercom's engineers ever going to get off their butts and fix this issue?
That once great cluster of stations is quickly swirling around the bowl.

I heard it on WOMC last week, I think. Like you described, but with all the midrange sucked out. That sounds fixed, though.
While we're here, I wondered, why does 97.1 do stereo? It's a mostly vocal format, so why do we need it in stereo?

I'm not convinced to root for your team as of yet, I want to see if you truly know everything you say, as shall I see I find you to be to put in layman's terms a " know it all". I'm not picking some random fight I just observe and come to my one conclusion based my best research, my intuition mostly does not fail me but I don't discount there is room for errors, but they are very infrequent.
