I did a pretty good job for today.

Lyin' Ben says 69 for Sunday and 66 for Monday. He's out of his mind.

Didn't catch Firecracker Dave's forecast yet.
Metro hit 72 today. They got my house on the money... well in the ballpark Anyways.

Firecracker Dave says 68-62-66 Sunday-Monday-Tuesday

Top temp for me was 70 or 71.

Dave and Ben are too optimistic for Sunday, and Ben is definitely too optimistic for Monday.

I think 62 is also a stretch for Monday. Probably upper 50s most areas, with maybe some low and mid 50s well north and northeast in places such as Port Urine.

I think days in the 60s will outnumber days in the 70s over the next week.
I wrote the above on Thursday.

Let's see what's happened since then:
- Friday: actual high 70 - 72 most areas
- Today: most forecasts are now predicting upper 60's!
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: Damn near everyone is now predicting 60s each of those days, with a couple forecasts keeping Monday in the upper 50's (like me).

Nice to see the dummies on TV & elsewhere *finally* adjusting their forecasts to somewhat more reasonable levels. Although, I will say some folks are still too aggressive with regard to Sunday's temps. Upper 60's AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!!! AccuWeather's forecast of ~61 degrees looks good to me for Sunday.

68 Saturday
68 Sunday
63 Monday
62 Tuesday
66 Wednesday

That’s what NWS is predicting for Metro.

With a closed off upper level low forming to our south, I think even those readings (except Wednesday) are a bit optimistic.

If the warm front stalls along or south of I-80, 68 ain't happenin' for tomorrow.

Lyin' Ben forecasted mostly sunny skies for today. That ain't happenin' either.

When I started at the house near metro it was pretty blue. Now I’ve moved west to Milan, overcast.

Exactly. Partly to mostly cloudy would be the correct way to describe today's sky conditions.

Andrew Humphrey is almost as incompetent as Ben Bailey, I will note.

I really don’t like him at all. His style of talking and word choice is really weird.

Temps no warmer than the 60s now look like a very real possibility all the way until next Friday!

Some models show the upper level cutoff low hanging around all the way until then.

Andrew is still sticking to 75 for Thursday and 80 for Friday. That is an extremely risky forecast. I would go no warmer than climatology both days given recent model trends.

69 should turn out to be the official high... eked out 1 degree above forecast.

Sunday is looking a smidge warmer than I first thought, because most of the rain will hold off until afternoon, probably after 2p or 3p. I now think 63 or 64 is achievable.

I'm doubting upper 60's for tomorrow as Fox17 ticker is saying lower 60's 62 or 63 where I live not 67. Also not buying 2 to 3inches as models will be as I never believe the models when they say 2+ inches of as that is overkill maybe a little over an inch but I always tend to go low when models on the forecast say 2 to 3inches of rain at least dry for the rest of the week after Monday tomorrow will be the wettest day out of the week.
