"I Got It From Agnes" by Tom Lehrer. Maybe he means the flu? :)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6qFG0uop9k

"Respect Yourself" by The Staples Singers, for the lyric line "put your hand over your mouth when you cough, that'll be the solution."

"You Gotta Keep 'Em Separated" by Offspring. Pre-COVID, this applied primarily to FM stations on the same or 1st adjacent frequencies.

Wang Chung "China." CHINA

"Chuck E's In Love" by Rickie Lee Jones, who found a rhyme for "contagious" (Pantages, the LA movie theater).

You could alternate Yesterday and Tomorrow Never Knows.

And of course, Polythene Pam, "dressed in her polythene bag."

NOT from 1971 BUT from The Guess Who album "Rockin'" (1972) which has "Guns, Guns, Guns". Went to # 70 (Hot 100) in June 1972.

Burton Cummings did the remake of "Guns, Guns, Guns" on "Dream Of A Child" album in 1978. The late guitarist maestro Dick Wagner ("The Frost") also played on that album.

Yeah, I figured I missed some.

A couple more I thought of on the drive home (which has been nice this week with less traffic to deal with):

I'm Down
Baby's In Black
