The automation for the Tigers broadcast is screwed up. Dead air, spots running one after the other, feed dropping out, etc. Happens every spring.
If I hadn't called the WWJ newsroom, I doubt anybody would have noticed.
That's what happens when you're too cheap to hire a board operator.

I was listening to the game about 2:00pm, and it sounded a bit distorted, like the volume was turned up a bit high. Also, they missed the local station ID cue at 2:00 pm. Dead air.
