The team of Skversky, Humphries, Bajjey, and Duncan are awesome. That’s why 5, 6, and 11pm are good. 4 pm is ok. Friday and Graham hold down 4 pm pretty good. I like Graham but she’s stronger with Friday. She’s not as good when she’s solo, which showed on the noon newscast. Noon overall, needs some work. 6 am just started today so too early to say anything about that.MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Thu Feb 16, 2023 5:21 pmI think their 5PM newscast is their strongest.
Good coverage regarding the issues afflicting the Ford F-150 Lightning.
Acceptable registrations in the queue through June 3 at 5:00p ET have now been activated. Enjoy! -M.W.

Spoke to one of the anchors again today and this individual seemed kinda annoyed with the technical mishaps. But overall was proud of the work they’re done so far.
Newscasts overall flowed a lot better today, especially 5 and 6pm. Whoever was messing up the last couple days, I think had a discussion with the News Director. Might be some inexperienced guys beck there. Overall, better today.

That looks professional. The Detroit set reminds me of a high school newsroom especially how the weather is presented on set.whitebalance wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 1:36 pmhttps://youtu.be/9eq5WY_XyQU. Here is what the set should have looked like. Not an old warehouse off 7 mile.

Looks like they are starting to hit their stride. Improvements have been made and things seem more professional. Skversky is decent, Humphries is a wonder-talent and beauty. I have to believe she will be major market bound sooner rather than later.
Ahmed is solid. Overall a decent production from my novice eyes.

Circle has left the room.
Life is not a dress rehearsal. This is it. There's no going back, and we can only go forward before we run out of runway.

Correct. Kudos to those of you who mentioned from the get-go she was destined for CBS 62. You were right on the money; my own prediction was proven incorrect.
Morgan Wallen is a piece of garbage.

I wonder why it doesn't show as Deleted User everywhere. Circle Seven still appears in other threads such as Chatterbox --> Going Green.Circle has left the room.

I’m kind of bummed he’s gone. He annoyed me for awhile at first, but then I realized he’s probably a young kid that had a passion for the industry. I loved his optimism and excitement over the new cbs venture. It reminded me of myself when I was younger.

CBS Detroit social media account posted the wait is almost over. A local favorite to return on March 6th.
Could it be Jason Carr?
