Anyone remember Wes Sarginson?
I don't remember Wes Sarginson but the commercials were pretty funny.

Sarginson was only in Detroit for a couple of years and was gone by the time The Washington Post bought channel 4. He was a traveling anchor... Montgomery, Pittsburgh, Philly, Detroit, Atlanta, Washington, Tampa and stayed in Atlanta for the second time at WXIA. He replaced Dean Miller when channel 4's management was so misguided in the 70's to think they could draw younger viewers to a newscast with a 30-something Sarginson.
Margie Reedy was around in the 80's. She went to WHDH-TV Boston and then became a main anchor at New England Cable News.
She co-anchored at 4 with Jac LeGoff and I think Emery King and Rich Mayk
