Whitmer vs. Fox2
Re: Whitmer vs. Fox2
I didn't see an issue with her attire. Better than Snyder hardly ever wearing a friggin tie. Sport coat and blue shirt (dress casual), while others would wear business attire, never demonstrated proper representation of the office.

I missed the Fox 2 story. Is it available online? Would like to form my own opinion.
Even Speaker Chatfield harshly rebuked Fox 2 and defended the Governor. It was a very nice gesture on his part.

Morgan Wallen is a piece of garbage.

What do you expect from a station that makes DJ's news anchors. Expect nothing less from FOX. Classless move by ND Roseborough.

All I have to say is WOW!, And I’ll leave it up to your imagination, Maybe I’ll vote for her next term. Good Day!
Re: Whitmer vs. Fox2
Gretchen showed up in a tight dress.
I thought she looked pretty hot but there was little substance to her words. No discussion of any path forward but plenty of talk of hashtags.
I took it as very clever social engineering; you're not hearing a lot of complaints about a lack of an actual plan to "fix the damn roads".

I did not see the Fox story. I saw her state of the state and thought she looked extremely attractive in the blue dress. On 97.1
this morning they were talking about this on Jamey and Stoney and they started out by saying the dress was no big deal but then the woman on their program butted in saying it was not a big deal either but kept saying she had a poor choice of clothing and said how it was too form fitting so I guess it is a big deal....why say that?? I think people are just having a difficult time coming to terms that we have a very HOTT Governor. My eyes were glued on the state of the state........ she looked fantastic in that blue dress. Thumbs Up!

That is because these "State of the [Union, State,City]" speeches would be incredibly droll and boring if they actually covered the conditions and what has been done. They've long turned into a a free media opportunity for all parties involved, and why I no longer waste my time with any of them.FET-500 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 15, 2019 7:48 amGretchen showed up in a tight dress.

Re: Whitmer vs. Fox2
It disappoints me when fellow men do the hubba hubba drool routine like this toward women, and then defend it by pretending its importance. "How could you not notice? She should expect that by wearing a dress like that. She's a public figure. If she had some substance to her speech, she wouldn't receive this reaction." No wonder women think we're pigs.
I'm sure my comment will be met with criticism, considering this is a board full of men who probably think the #metoo movement is completely baseless. Ironic.

Wrong.
I don't care what gender I Am.
You are completely correct as usual.
However a lot of women are taking advantage of the movement to create false allegations

I can't comment with any certainty on the truth of that, but when men do stuff like that so publicly and unashamedly (is that a word?), it sure makes the potentially false allegation more believable, doesn't it?stopnswop2 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 15, 2019 9:00 amHowever a lot of women are taking advantage of the movement to create false allegations
