Lions Announcer Lomas Brown
Lions Announcer Lomas Brown
This guy has no business doing the Lions games on WJR. What are they thinking? The guy can barely talk, considering his slow mushmouth drawl. You mean the Lions couldn't have found someone better. He probably drives as many listeners away as he attracts, plus he has nothing intelligent to add.

I don't care for Lomas either. Much rather have Brandy back.

I don't even bother. While I like Dan Miller as a person I don't care for his over the top play by play. My opinion of course - bring back Bob Reynolds!!
Re: Lions Announcer Lomas Brown
Toggs,if you think Brown is mushmouthed today, you should have heard him in '85 as a Lions rookie.I heard an interview with him,and I swear dude needed subtitles. Anyway, Bo's favourite water boy and Dierdorf are sucking the air out of Wloverines broadcasts. I wish Bob Ufer were still doing MEEEEEEEECHIGAN games!!!!!
Re: Lions Announcer Lomas Brown
Miller seems quite affected, though perhaps he's a good dude.

He's a terrible person. I have no respect for him ever since he admitted that he missed a block with the intention of allowing Scott Mitchell to get hurt. Protecting him was Lomas Brown's job. It was what the Lions paid him to do. I don't care how poor of a year Mitchell was having, that's completely unforgivable.
