Many VPN might not work with a voip device.
I was referring more to perusing websites for product descriptions, availability and such. Some retailers refrain from showing products that are not available for purchase in one's locale. As TT normally spends part of the year residing in Florida, he could use the VPN to route through a U.S.-based IP server and see the product when using a Canada-based ISP.
