I have a Crosley CR2045B multi-function player that sounds good with radio, CDs, and cassettes, but the LP sound could be better. To improve the sound, what would be better:
- Buy better speakers and attach them to the back of the player
- Buy a turntable and attach it to the back of the player
Thanks for any advice.
It's a $150 system, it will have limits. If you can, upgrade the stylus. I wouldn't invest too much.
My opinion? If you really want good sound, get a direct drive turntable with a diamond stylus.
