That's too bad. I helped Alex install the countertop in that house and wired a new switch in the garage. Alex was a good guy, after a day of work we'd sit in his garage and he would throw me a Bud Light and we solved the world's problems. Every so often he would pause, lean over, rip a drawn out fart, and ask me to phrase a question for that.

Seems like this is common in LA. Demolish an old mansion and build a new one. They did the same thing to Betty White's house. Too bad as Alex's home was beautiful.
