The other thing is that anybody who thinks we can keep everybody out of what is the greatest country in the world is smoking something mighty good. That's one windmill that isn't worth the trouble of tilting at. Turn it into a force for good and be done with it. Teach them English so they can function... not in the pejorative "LEARN EngLIsh!!!" but an honest to god here's what we expect, here's how to function and acclimate kind of thing. Nothing malicious... from a place of caring and empathy.
