Ken Buck(R)was going to resign at the end of his term in November, but he said “Fuck this shit”(paraphrasing) and is resigning effective March 22nd. Despite being 3rd in rank in the judiciary committee, Republicans have ignored his questions in the review of President Biden and other matters.
Boebert, scared of Frisch(D) in her 3rd district race in November, planned to run for Buck’s seat in 4th. But because it is now a special election, she either has to resign to run in the primary or would face an incumbent in the fall.
