You have no idea how crazed the MAGA types are and what they will do.
This is a country of 320,000,000 people.
Not all of those people eat paint chips, but the ones that do wear red hats.

Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.

The paint chip crowd isn't that big. He's also sideways with Military types, so don't expect them get involved.

Trump knows more than the generals who are of course woke so his army can take them down with tea parties and not guns clearly.

Make fun of the MAGA types if you want but you have no idea what they are truly capable of. Militias, tons of hunters, gun nuts, not responsible gun owners like myself, but gun nuts and rednecks galore. I live in MAGA country and talk with them, hell I'm friends with some of them and these people will have no issue taking up arms and going after anyone they think is not MAGA. And I hate to break it to you but there is MAGA in the military too.

The legal question seems to be: can an individual state refuse to have a candidate for a Federal election on the ballot of that state? He may be on the ballot of the other states, but not in that state.

Since each state is in charge of it's election the answer should be yes but it isn't quite that simple so SCOTUS gets to decide.

SCOTUS will do SCOTUS things and find a creative way to weasel out of it.
