This dispute between Charter/Spectrum and Disney is getting crazy. Now some governors are getting involved. I will agree that these providers should refund customers who were paying for those channels and no longer get them. All that out of the way, the cable and satellite TV services business models are changing. I can't ever see them offering à la carte packages. People are now accustomed to streaming and on-demand.
