Found many examples of other judges deciding cursing in public is also free speech. One link showed the ACLU defending the right of a student to F-bomb in school.
I say all this to ask:
Did legal decisions in the past permitting public potty mouths set the precedent for prayer in public to also be free speech?
Life is not a dress rehearsal. This is it. There's no going back, and we can only go forward before we run out of runway.
