Biden vetoes bipartisan bill protecting US solar panel makers from Chinese competition

Finally something bipartisan, then Biden vetoes it after the Commerce department started investigating possible cheating by the Chinese. Seems like Biden is rewarding the cheaters. Makes you wonder who Biden is working for...

...the Commerce Department said months earlier it would investigate whether Chinese manufacturers were routing solar panels through countries in Southeast Asia to avoid U.S. tariffs. And in December, the agency published its preliminary findings showing four large solar companies had routed products through Cambodia, Malaysia and Vietnam to circumvent duties.

In response to the December findings, a bipartisan group of lawmakers led by Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., and joined by Rep. Dan Kildee, D-Mich., introduced the resolution striking down Biden's action in January, arguing tariffs were necessary to protect the fledgling U.S. solar industry which is dwarfed by Chinese industry. Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., introduced companion legisdlation co-sponsored by Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin.

I wonder if we have any official communications to THOSE countries that if they want to participate in that kind of "trade", that we might take that into consideration when looking at additional trade sanctions?

I'm a little disgruntled after trying to find the actual bill. Wanted to see just who voted yes and no on it. A good dozen articles about it, and not one giving the actual House or Senate resolution number. Didn't used to be like that, where the media wouldn't think to include that. Oh well.
