The idea of equity in outcome as opposed to equity in opportunities should get any educator immediately fired and banned from the profession.

So the "participation trophy generation" stereotype is true apparently. Except this is worse than that; it isn't giving an award to a participant, rather, it is taking one away (temporarily, anyways) from someone who earned it.
And no 0's and a 50% just for showing up? That means if you show up and get a 20% on all your homework/papers combined, you'll pass with a D.
The only way to get rid of administrators like this one is to vote out the current school board at election time.
