These people are sick:
The evening of Monday, May 9, we will hold a vigil for all these rights that Alito is threatening to take away. Because it’s been impossible to reach him at the Supreme Court (especially now with the enormous fences), we will do it at his home. At 7:30 pm we will gather at a nearby location and walk together to his house. At the foot of his driveway, on the public street, we will light candles and speakers will share their testimony. We will hold a moment of silence for the rights we know are ours, then walk back together to the meeting location.

Seriously? A candlelight vigil celebrating the right to kill the unborn? I usually think of a candlelight vigil as a somber event celebrating the lives of those wrongfully or tragically lost. Not this.

Totally appropriate. Womens rights are being wrongfully and tragically lost.

It's appropriate to try to gain access to the SCOTUS or to PRIVATE homes?

What's more pathetic: harassing an old man who is paying to do a radio show or supporting a grifter like Trump?

I know. I mentioned this yesterday. https://www.npr.org/2022/05/07/10973825 ... rqa-decree - you had no response.

Depends what you mean by "gain access". Peacefully demonstrating outside the venues is appropriate in my eyes.

At the foot of his driveway, on the public street, we will light candles and speakers will share their testimony.

Apples and cumquats. Your link has nothing to do with Roe v. Wade.

How so?

BTW, glad to see a lot of Democrats are able to figure out what a woman is without being a biologist. Maybe the should pass that knowledge on to a certain someone.

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

Look, we've gone back and forth on this again and again. I respect your opinion but firmly disagree. You have as much chance of changing my mind as I do yours.

And please don't call me a Democrat.

I agree. You can't compare the two. In one instance you have indeed the tragic and wrongful loss of women's rights at the hands of extremists in power where women can't go to school, can barely go into public, and when they go into public must be covered from head to toe. In the other instance we're debating over a woman's right to kill helpless innocent unborn children.

The topic is about a US Supreme Court decision, and you post a link with a dateline from Pakistan that you think helps prove your point. This is the kind of logic that makes sense to someone who continues to make a fool of himself trying to prove that the vaccines don't work.

Trump supporters were all for it when they were protesting outside the Clinton's home in November of 2020. They liked it so much the cops had to run them off their driveway and put up barricades' to prevent it from happening again.

Do you mean 2016? I know the Trump cultists aren't the brightest bunch, but that would be a certain kind of special.

Edit: I'll be damned - the fucking idiots DID protest at the Clinton's house... IN 2020.

Alito's home is not in a gated neighborhood; he supposedly lives on a public street in a rather ordinary looking neighborhood.

What I saw on Fox News moments ago was footage of maybe 200 middle aged women holding signs and chanting in the street. A public nuisance? Sure. A physical danger? Hardly.

I am unaware of anyone attempting to vandalize his home or attempt to break into his home. Has such a thing occurred?

Much scarier is the Molotov cocktail that was thrown into a Right to Life office in Madison, WI.

Typically middle aged and impregnable, right?
