This is completely unworkable and would cause complete chaos. Also, completely unreasonable.

Completely insane!!
They'd do better to eliminate much of the complicated tax code so that folks could actually understand it and so that companies wouldn't have to hire a boatload of attorneys and accountants to even figure out what they honestly owe (and how to legally get around paying what they really should be paying). Not only could they increase collected money, but they also could reduce the tax collection burden on the federal budget by a BIG RIF.

Socialist Democrats love complete control of their subjects.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

I'd escape their scrutiny.
I don't mean to brag, but I just put a puzzle together in 1 day and the box said 2-4 years.

Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.

Time to start hiding our savings under our mattresses again. Interest rate under the mattress is about the same as the banks pay today.

If this does happen, watch gold and silver sky rocket.originalzzmfmjock wrote: ↑Wed Oct 13, 2021 10:09 pmTime to start hiding our savings under our mattresses again. Interest rate under the mattress is about the same as the banks pay today.

From a report last night, it sounds like they already invoked a similar rule that applies to all the electronic payment systems (paypal, venmo, etc). Any transaction over $600 is to get reported.

Does this go for savings to checking account transfers also?
