The USPS is not a full fledged governmental agency and it is not a medical care facility.

They are required to follow the same rules as companies with 100+ employees.

Oh come on....you seemingly insinuated just days ago that the entire reason my analogy comparing not wearing a mask to driving a vehicle fell apart was because people are basically forced to drive a vehicle in order to get to work. But now here you're saying that getting vaccinated being a condition of employment is NOT an equivalent "being forced" to do something? Either employment is a necessary thing in modern society or it isn't.

Never said there wouldn't be serious consequences for those working for the federal government or in health care who fail to get vaccinated.

The threat of such consequences is the very reason the Biden Administration believes the OSHA regulations will prove effective!

As for the illegal immigrants question, those held in captivity are not subject to OSHA.

A different rule by a different governmental department or agency would need to be issued. Hopefully that is coming soon, because prisoners absolutely should be vaccinated (unless extenuating circumstances exist).
