This is a fairly lengthy testimony about doing more than just declaring someone positive for the virus. There are ways to minimize spread and risk of death in active covid patients who are recovering at home.

One of the biggest mistakes the left has made is ignoring Regeneron and bamlimivivan (sp?). Regeneron did work well for President Trump.
