If you take a look at what's going to happen in the next hundred days it's pretty impressive logistically.

100 million vaccinations
100 million checks distributed
millions of dollars going to local governments to reimburse them for all of the costs they've had to bear this year without revenue to counter balance it.

There is no way that the previous administration could manage something this complex. The former president couldn't read a daily briefing let alone plan something like this. Most of his cabinet were political donors with no experience whatsoever.
