You beat me by seconds, so I'll attempt to combine the two. EDIT: Success!

Below was a separate post titled "Trump makes history!"

Probably not the kind he wanted to make, however, he is the first twice impeached President. I'm posting a link to a semi-friendly Trump source to prevent Bidet from breaking down when this story is read to him: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/house- ... econd-time

Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.

No one should be shocked. Dem controlled House would have had no issue getting the votes.

Rather than get upset about it, I decided instead to just watch CSPAN during the vote and bet on it on PredictIt - altogether I cleared about $125.

On the politics of this - I'm sure the Dems are so proud that they will once again accomplish absolutely nothing.

Upton and Meijer were two of the ten Republican yes votes.

It'll be interesting to see how close they can get to conviction in the Senate. Getting to 60 yes votes should be doable. Getting those last 7 votes could be tough. I could see it ending 66-34, one vote short on purpose.

A lot of it will probably come down to Trump's behavior between now and Biden's swearing-in.

Vote won't happen until Biden is in office.

Unless Trump opts not to put on a defense. I sure wouldn't want Mr. Combat Giuliani representing me.

They/them, non-binary and proud.

Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.

Gee, I must have missed the "closed door" hearings, witness testimony, and televised public hearings on this one.

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

None of which are required. If it’s really glaringly obvious you don’t need much of an investigation. You still don’t understand what impeachment fundamentally is.
