The Party of the Professionals

Post by TC Talks » Wed Dec 02, 2020 7:20 pm

This explains a lot, yet I still can't understand why the uneducated vote for the party most likely to make their life worse...

Pretty simple explanation really. Colleges and Universities have become indoctrination centers for the left. All supported by government issued student loans which the left will work to forgive so they can indoctrinate some more.

The survey say "college degree." Your headline say's "professionals." A college degree does NOT bestow the title of professional upon a graduate. The title of professional comes along with succeeding in your chosen field. Are those college graduates living in their parents basements and stocking shelves at Wal Mart considered "professionals" in your book?

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

Even a delivery man can be a professional... if you’re good at your job and act perfectly... you’re a professional. Plenty of folks in their chosen “professional” field of study are anything but.

Evidently not in TCT's world. He talks about professionals and then posts a chart of "college graduates." Evidently a college graduate is automatically a "professional" without having done squat. A mechanic that owns and operates a thriving repair shop, but didn't attend a university, isn't in his world.

Sadly, there are way too many people that think this way.

TCT post's are often quite elitist.

The voting results clearly show that the educated professionals voted for Biden in droves. Even those with socially conservative mindsets! Lots of people I know (including myself) voted for both GWB and Biden.

The graph says "college degrees.". NOT professionals. Doesn't even say educated. I know a lot of dumb shits delivering pizza with college degrees.

Then again, they could be professional dumb shits.

Of course you are missing the point that educated professionals used to be Republicans.

if that is to mean that I feel bad for people who don't pursue education Beyond high school because most will never realize their potential in life? Absolutely

I find most of your viewpoints very selfish and not very based in the New Testament teachings of Christ

Yep, and some are future former Republicans.

Definitely not. Read the sermon on the mount. It's th antithesis of Trump. Fundies are doing irreparable harm to the future of Christianity.

Lumping all college graduates together is misleading. The lowest Social Science BA with a C average is lumped together with Hard Science PhDs, MDs, and the like. As you go up the IQ and pay scale, support for Republicans RISES, because they went through a lot more to get their degrees, and want to be rewarded for their efforts without government confiscation and control. Don't believe people like in the AMA either. They have been coopted by the Left.

On the other hand not all folks in professional roles deserve to be there and not all folks with college degrees not working professional jobs are somehow less qualified or skilled. Half of true office type professional settings seems to be how dumb the person hiring you is or how good a bullshitter you are.
