Yeah... should have thought of that before voting to certify it. Too bad. This would be more worrisome if these people weren’t so incredibly bad at this...

Not ONE mention in the article about WHY there was any concern about certifying those boards. Why not?

Because the concerns are unfounded and nobody in Trumps orbit can provide a shred of evidence beyond something they saw on social media. It’s put up or shut up time now.

Middle Eastern politician threatens Wayne County canvasser, who rescinded approving, after threats, the fraudulent vote results in Wayne County under physical threat, with harm to her children at a Suburban Wayne County High School. It is thinly veiled, but a jury could see right through that it was a threat of physical violence or death to her children.

How many sworn affidavits have there been already?

Every case they’ve brought on this has been tossed. The folks bringing these cases misunderstand the process or are willfully deceptive about it. Put up or shut up. They’ve been promising evidence for weeks. Where is it?

Just because you have a sworn affidavit it doesn’t mean the person swearing what they say is true doesn’t misunderstand how something works.

So, if the Wayne County votes are tossed out, does Trump win Michigan?

If Trump wins Michigan , does he win Nationally?

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it.

They don’t have the legal right to rescind their vote. A card laid is a card played.

They were assured there would be a proper audit and then Benson reneged. Their original vote to not certify should stand, using your logic.

Thats not how that works. There’s no horse trading provision. They went down that road knowing full well the risks. They chose that road and got burned. Oh well.

Roughly 70% of 154 precincts didn't balance. Also, just under 30% of ballots can't even be reviewed. There is NO FUCKING WAY the results should have been certified.

Do you understand what didn’t balance means? It was likely by just a few votes as in single to tens of votes. That’s absolutely no reason to hold anything up. Those sorts of anomalies happen every election and they get looked at and fixed. But if we are talking about a handful of votes with a large spread between the candidates then you’re talking about arguing a 5 yard run vs. a 6 yard run in a 70-10 blowout of Michigan by Ohio State. Come on man. Get over yourselves. Quit wasting everybody’s time with bullshit.
