I remember watching her concession speech on TV on election night. She started out saying "I've just spoken with Mr Trump and congratulated him."
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it.

The election was on the 8th. She made her speech and conceded by phone on the 9th. Trump declared victory at 2am on the 9th. These are official times that the candidates officially did these things. Whether you or anyone else recognized it earlier is not what we are talking about here.

While her concession speech was Wednesday morning, the call was Tuesday at 2:30am, and the President made his victory speech about 2:35am.

She called him at 230am on Wednesday, he spoke announcing that call at 235am on Wednesday and made an official speech at 9am or so on Wednesday.

Notice that the networks calling Alaska is fine with everybody.. This is ridiculous, this is over it's time to move on.
