He’s there because he’s absolutely desperate. Biden isn’t tanking... Trumps entire campaign is collapsing. Look at the places he’s gone dark including Ohio and Florida praying that he’ll win them. That’s not a sign of strength...

I think the bettors are stuck with some 2016 syndrome and don’t want to get caught betting on the more obvious horse if it’s wrong. But the fundamentals are different, the lead is more stable and movement closer doesn’t make a hell of a lot of sense right now. The only outward indicators here are hedging bets.

Folks like bmw underestimate the Democratic and Independent anger at the Republican Party at their own peril. He ignores how incredibly precarious Trumps electoral position really is at the peril of his wallet.

I assume nothing and nobody is being complacent. We remember 4 years ago. I know people who didn’t bother to vote before who will this time. This isn’t 2016 at all and any attempts to compare the two or use one to predict the other as some bettors appear to be doing is foolish.

If it’s within 3 Trump loses overall. Biden should have no business even being discussed as competitive there... but he is competitive anyway. I think rather than a Trump undercount what’s happening is a Biden undercount.

Bettors are putting actual money on where they think this thing is going, and they are not reacting to silly polls. The fact that you keep suggesting that bets are based on polls is mindblowingly stupid.
