For starters we have police, fbi, the military to do that kind of work. Uneducated morons with weapons are not somebody I would rely on for protection. If not for any other reason than they're crazy idiots.

Militias = bunch of low income losers with dead-end lives who are trying to make themselves feel important, and at times, resort or consider resorting to domestic terrorism.

Sounds like a bunch of members of the upper crust of society were involved in this plot:
- Adam Fox, arguably the ring leader, was more-or-less homeless and lived in the tiny unfinished basement of a vacuum repair shop in Wyoming, MI (Kent County);
- Another guy, originally from Wyandotte, lived in a trailer home owned by an older man and woman in Hartland Twp;
- Two more men resided in Shelbyville (complete shithole located a few miles south of the Gun Lake casino);
- A couple other adherents were from Munith (NW Jackson County). If it's anything like nearby Parma, that explains a lot.

One of the men - might have been the guy who was killed in Madison Heights - previously served 11 years in prison for shooting at two police officers.

The militia referenced in the Constitution was, in essence, our nation's military in the revolutionary era. There were few if any career military officers.

Most militia men in 2020 are wannabe posers who likely would never make it in a real military career, largely live on SSI, charitable handouts, or welfare, and have little to no life outside of their militia exercises.

In 1781, we didn't have a big military force, which is why the Framers included militia in the Constitution. If they had adjusted the Constitution today, they would probably re write it as military forces.

In addition, they had muskets for guns and not AK's. H*** difference.
