Property values in Colorado have skyrocketed because of all the folks fleeing northern California and relocating there.

A friend of mine purchased a house for 780,000 two years ago and just sold it for 1.3 million.


New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

Same with the Vegas area, especially with SoCal refugees. On a recent trip, I saw houses in Henderson for $450,000. A decade ago, those same houses weren’t half that.
