This often happen when the infected individual refuses to cooperate, leaving the tracer to perform a wider warning.

I was just notified that I was on my boat in a slip next to a COVID positive individual. I have a very low chance of infection, but I'd rather know.

So all the 130 K deaths were not from Covid? 110 K were from other causes.
