Have you looked at the changes in the Census figures over the last 60 years? More and more Blacks are leaving the Big Cities and moving to the suburbs, or to a far out safe area of the city. The only exception is when Liberal White people invade central cities and practice "Gentrification", which drives Black people out further because they can no longer afford to live in the "Gentrified" areas. Some go to the suburbs, since Detroit has few safer areas other than in the very center where young kids think they should live to be "politically correct". After they marry and have young children, they decide the area isn't safe, the schools aren't good or safe, and they move out to the suburbs.
