You didn't include China's or Russia's real numbers, but those are hard to come by. Could easily double or triple the current count. We also can project pretty easily it's not going to end soon.
Overall though, there is a point to be made. 99% of folks are just going to be AOK if they can live through the depression or recession that's probably going to happen.

Again - and this is the second time I've had to correct you on calculating percentages - you're off by a factor of 100. The number is 0.00039%
