Snoops calls the story "mixed". Yes the supply was severely depleted under Obama and he did not replenish it. But rather than just call it true they brought up that Trump had 3 years to fix it and didn't either.
So I guess Obama ignored it for 7 years and Trump did for 3.

1) I do not trust any site or source that doesn't attach a name or person to the site. I could not find one name of any actual person writing or creating the site.
2) It's all reprints and ripoffs of other sites. Did the Minneapolis Star Tribune grant permission to reprint an editorial cartoon? Did Real Clear Politics say "sure, just copy and paste one of our articles".
Anyone with a couple of bucks and some coding skills can make a website. Doesn't make them credible. Anyone who posts this as a source should be banned from this board.
