Yea, it's not that being outside is bad but the congregations of folks outside that's the issue.
Little kids all going to the same playground, or bunches of the folk hanging out together on the beach. Being outside with PLENTY of separation should be fine. The BS about "six feet" outside also needs to be addressed. Six feet indoors is fine, but if you're outdoors with any kind of a breeze then it must be way more than six feet!!
